Nekrasovsky Holding offers a full cycle of plastic injection molding — from design and 3D modeling to serial production and packaging. Our own fleet of injection molding machines, a large selection of ready-made molds, and a wide range of products allow us to solve tasks of any scale: from single prototypes to large wholesale batches.

What we offer

• Design and 3D modeling. Our engineers develop the product from scratch, refine your idea, or model according to your drawings and sketches. We create a 3D model, calculate geometry, strength, and manufacturability.
• 3D printing of prototype. Before investing in a mold, we print the product on a 3D printer. You can hold the future product in your hands, evaluate ergonomics, geometry, and make adjustments before launching the series.
• Mold making. We will select the optimal option through verified contractors: from inexpensive aluminum molds for small batches to steel tooling for million-piece runs.
• Contract manufacturing. If you already have a mold but no free capacity, or you want to outsource molding — send us the mold, we will launch it on our injection molding machines.
• Injection molding on TPA. The fleet of thermoplastic machines includes machines with an injection volume from 35 to 500+ grams. We work with products of almost any complexity and weight.
• Ready-made products from the catalog. You can choose a ready-made product or order its adaptation — changing color, material, or geometry.
• Turnkey solution. Molding is only part of the process. We also offer packaging design, printing, logistics, and marketing support. You get a finished product from idea to store shelf.

2. We develop a 3D model and print a prototype (if needed).
3. We agree on the mold (or you send yours) and launch a test batch.
